Our Puppy Guarantee
I require a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold a puppy. Full Purchase price of puppy will be paid in full by the time the puppy is 6 weeks of age.
All puppies come with the following: registration application, health guarantee, vet check, current vaccinations, worming schedule, Iams puppy pack, and health certificate from licensed veterinarian. Shipping is via air $225 - $275 continental US, and includes ticket, carrier, and all paperwork required.
All of our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health and free from visible signs of infection, contagious or communicable diseases when purchased. I guarantee the puppy to be free of any life-threatening congenital defects, for 1 year from date of birth.
The puppy must be examined within 48 hours of delivery, by a licensed veterinarian. If there is a problem the breeders veterinarian will interpret the report and if he agrees, a replacement puppy will be given of same sex and breed as original purchase. NO CASH REFUNDS.
Breeder must be notified at once at the onset of the problem, in writing, with a report from the veterinarian. If the puppy is proved to have a congenital defect within 1 year and is returned to the breeder, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All vet and shipping charges incurred by purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by breeder. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered, or euthanized without the breeder's permission. Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and be on comparable bloodlines. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the same exact parents of the original puppy.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
Please do not take the puppy into public places unless absolutely necessary, until the puppy has had all its vaccinations (as recommended by your veterinarian) to insure immunity against disease.
Take great care to protect your puppy from getting lost, stolen, or from anger or abuse. There is NO guarantee against negligence.
Because of
the variety and quality of dog foods available(and all canine
illness are not covered by vacination), we require that all
Willow Creek Cocker dogs be kept on "NuVet Plus Canine." This
Nutritional Supplement is only available through breeder
recommendation. You will be instructed concerning this when
you take possession of your puppy. You are expected to have
this on hand before you leave our kennel.The order line is

monthly report on which Willow Creek Cockers are being
supplemented with NuVet Plus Canine.
